MSNBC reports on cheap places to get a rental:

Las Vegas
Nearly 6,000 of the 2,400 homes listed for sale last month are now being listed as rentals.

This sounds just like Las Vegas. Why rent a house to one sucker when you can rent to 2.5 suckers?
