This was a very nice day. The weather was cool and overcast -- a few drops of drizzle, but no rain to speak of. In the morning we even had a slight wind from the southeast, which was a bit of a tailwind since we are heading due west.

We are seeing less corn and more cows -- some longhorns and a small group of buffalo/bison. We visited a very nice Lakota Sioux Museum here in Chamberlain at the St. Joseph school.
