LIB has a nice bicycle safety quiz here. It’s patterned loosely after the drivers license quiz, although I took that so long ago my knowledge of the current quiz is slight.
There are 3 versions: child bicyclist, adult bicyclist, and motorist.
It’s a good way to refresh your knowledge, plus get this handsome certificate (if you pass):
