Corporate training for a downsizing age

My company is (once again) changing their training strategy, putting even more on-line using a new on-line vendor with new, up-to-the-last-decade relevance. I just can't wait until this new site is unveiled! I am SO pumped! Well, maybe not.

But I can provide some suggestions for the training that should be provided, given the number of firings around:
