Highland Park IL torsos versus Hagerstown MD butterflies: Hagerstown wins

Public art is a tricky thing, but this seems a clear choice.

Compare this exhibition of female torsos in downtown Highland Park, Illinois (an upper income suburb of Chicago) with the butterflies in downtown Hagerstown, Maryland (an industrial town in western Maryland) we saw on our bike trip. http://mikekr.blogspot.com/2010/06/june-4-hagerstown-md-rest-day.html

Easier to interact with: butterflies
Variety: butterflies (all the torsos tended to look the same after a while)
More fun for kids: butterflies
Easier to pose in a picture with, without being embarrassed: butterflies
Just all around fun: butterflies
