Minor correction: we’re not all doomed (at least not this way)

A correction in the New York Times (online) http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/20/science/forecast-for-sagittarius-a-black-hole-a-cold-gas-cloud.html?ref=science

Correction: December 20, 2011

An earlier version of this article stated erroneously that Sagittarius A* has a gravitational pull so great that it will eventally consume everything in the galaxy.

A minor nit is that the correction itself misspells ‘eventually’.

It’s reassuring, I guess, that Sagittarius A*, the black hole at the center of our Milky Way galaxy, is not going to consume everything in the galaxy, although I for one wouldn’t be around then anyway.
