I think I’ll pass on discount eye surgery

If so, that means that this center is prepared to do for $950 what they ordinarily charge $3,800 for. 

I don’t actually know what a “reasonable” price for eye surgery is. I am sure I don’t want to pick an eye surgeon on price.
