The end of the '00s. Good riddance.

Glad to see this decade go. I wish it hadn't taken so much of my money with it.

 

And then there are the hundreds of thousands of casualties, most of them civilian casualties, in the various natural disasters (tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes)  and wars.

 

Let’s try and do better in the next decade.
