A reminder of past economic crises

This is from the Ben and Jerry’s Flavor Graveyard in Waterbury, VT.

The economic crunch of 1987 was highlighted by a huge drop in the stock market, and lots of worry.

It was a short recession, though, and the stock market recovered. 

Now, in the 5th year of economic troubles, the flavor would be appropriate – but not funny.
